Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is based on the premise that the quality of our key relationships significantly affects our well being. When our most important relationships are not close, secure, and dependable, we will naturally experience emotional distress.

Our emotions drive patterns of living and relating that can actually push us further away from our desires. EFT helps you to understand these patterns and connect with your deeper emotions and needs. Ultimately, EFT can assist you to shift these patterns so you can live a more connected, satisfying life.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)

EMDR is an approach to heal painful memories and/or change negative beliefs. Francine Shapiro developed EMDR over 30 years ago.
